[...] After their debut at Kaprun Castle in September 2009 IRISHsteirisch, Beriga Pascher, and Rainer Casna did not fail to completely enthral their audience again. This time another factor was added to the already extremely successful concept of the event ‘Mit’n Kopf zom, mit’n Oasch zom’: Saskia Konz live on her bagpipes. Last Friday, 8th January, the participating artists invited their audience to go on a journey through different music styles to prove that they are not mutually exclusive, but on the contrary complement each other to make a harmonious whole. However, ‘Mit’n Kopf zom, mit’n Oasch zom’ is more than just a music event: literature is another essential facet. Rainer Casna entertains his audience with readings of selected texts which guarantee to stimulate the risible muscle.
Who won in the end?
Together with my wife we were thinking the same: how should we get to Kaprun? We booked 8 days stay at a Gasthof zur Künstleralm hotel in Kaprun from 19th until 26th of December 2009.
We live in Iasi, Romania. There is no plain or train that goes directly to Zell am See or Kaprun. We don't own a car either, because we do not want to pollute the earth and in a few years not to have any more snow. So we had to find a way to get to Zell am See-Kaprun.
We will take an international couch from our city to Wien or Graz. From there we'll take a taxi to the grand station to get the train to Zell am See. From Zell am See we'll take the regional bus to Kaprun. All this will take us 2 days. We hope it will not be to tiring.
See you on the slopes
