‘Austria’s Next Topmodel’ visits Zell am See-Kaprun

There are few things which make the Alpine paradise of Zell am See-Kaprun even more beautiful. Among them are the candidates of the current season of ‘Austria’s Next Topmodel’! Only recently the ladies were staying at luxurious ‘Salzburger Hof’ hotel where Maybelline Jade make-up specialist Boris Entrup provided them with useful tips. In addition, they were so lucky as to enjoy an extensive wellness programme.
But before the girls could get used to this luxuriousness, they were faced with the next challenge: in order to be safe from elimination, they had to prove that they are able to do their make-up perfectly even in an extreme situation. And what is an extreme situation? Putting on lipstick and mascara in a Ferrari speeding across the partly snow-covered dam of the Alpine reservoirs of Kaprun. We can already give away that Iris did best and as a reward she will be accompanying the show’s hostess and jury member Lena Gehrke to the GQ Award ceremony in Munich.
But it was not only the girls who were facing a true challenge in this episode of the show. Getting a Ferrari to the reservoir dam at an altitude of about 2,000 metres above sea level at wintry temperatures is not a piece of cake at all. But despite these logistic obstacles everything worked out just fine. In any case it was a great experience to work with the aspiring international top models.
